Passito Wines of Bagnario Valley
In 2003 it was launched the first Passito wine signed by “Silvio Bragagnolo” and, in a few years, Bragagnolo Vini Passiti established itself in the Italian scenario as one of the oldest and most prestigious manufacturing companies of Passito.
Bragagnolo style in winemaking the aromatic grapes, managed to create a perfect alchemy among the typical varietal organoleptic characteristics, the history of old passito wines and the technical innovation, thereby creating a unique wine of extraordinary pleasure for the palate.
The quality of the materials and the design has brought the bottles to become collectors’ items: since 2005 the silkscreen label shows a graphic pattern that moves from year to year and a dedicated word whose meaning is the expression of the wine itself.
The harvest and the grapes drying, the must vinification and the ageing of Passito are part of the wealth of the Company and become more fashionable if they are narrated by one of our voices. So, you have just to visit us.
Organoleptic Characteristics
From Moscato and Brachetto grapes, produced from the Company vineyards with more than 50 years of age, are obtained the Strevi D.O.C. Passito and the Acqui D.O.C.G Passito: their colour is intense and brilliant; the aromas are various and give to Passito an exquisite and captivating bouquet; the lingering taste is sweet and full, it brings the flavours of fresh grapes and hints of fruits and flowers.
